Poudre Bay originally developed the hotel as a Microtel by Wyndham at Limon Heights. The property
was a new construction, 69 key, mid-market Microtel by Wyndham that opened in August 2018. In 2024
Poudre Bay converted the hotel to a Best Western and is currently in operation. This property is
currently held for investment.
